Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Fake Call Prank: Simulator (“the App”) is an entertainment application published by Bin Sultan App (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The App creates simulated incoming calls, video calls and notifications on your own Android device.

The App does not require an account. Most content you create is stored locally on your device.

2. Information stored locally on your device

The App may store the following information in app-private or app-specific storage:

• Caller names, display numbers or labels, profile settings and selected call themes.
• Scheduled call and notification details, including the selected date and time.
• App preferences such as theme mode, vibration settings and download preferences.
• Images, audio files and videos that you deliberately select for use in the App.
• Locally generated or cached media needed to provide call, voice and sound features.

This locally stored content is used only to provide the features you select. We do not upload your custom caller profiles or imported personal media to our servers.

Media selected by you

When you choose an image, audio file or video, Android provides access only to the item you selected. The App may copy that item into its own app-specific storage so it remains available for your saved profile or prank. The App does not scan your full photo or media library.

Text-to-speech

Text entered for voice playback is passed to the text-to-speech engine selected on your device. That engine may be provided by Google, your device manufacturer or another provider. Its processing practices are governed by that provider’s privacy policy. The App itself does not upload TTS text to our servers.

3. Network access and optional downloadable content

Core simulated-call features can operate without creating an account. If the App offers optional downloadable video, audio, image or thumbnail assets, it connects to our website, hosting provider or content delivery network only when content needs to be retrieved.

Like most internet services, the hosting or content-delivery provider may process standard technical information such as your IP address, request date and time, requested file, device/browser request headers and basic security logs. This information is used for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention and security. We do not use optional download requests to build personal caller profiles.

Downloadable media is stored in app-specific storage. You can remove downloaded content from the App’s settings or by clearing the App’s storage.

4. Android permissions and system access

The App may request or use the following Android capabilities when needed:

• Notifications: to show scheduled simulated calls and fake notifications that you create.
• Exact alarms or alarms and reminders: to improve the timing of user-scheduled pranks, when your device permits it.
• Vibration: to simulate ringing or notification vibration.
• Start after reboot: to restore future schedules after your device restarts.
• Internet and network state: only for optional content downloads or other clearly presented online content.
• Android media picker/document picker: to let you select specific images, audio or video without broad storage access.

Permissions are requested only when a related feature needs them. You can deny or revoke permissions in Android settings, although the related feature may then be unavailable or less reliable.

The App does not request access to your contacts, real call logs, SMS messages, precise location, microphone for call interception, or telephone calling permissions as part of its simulated-call features.

5. Data sharing and third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your custom caller profiles or imported personal media with advertisers or data brokers.

Limited technical information may be processed by service providers that help operate:

• Website and content hosting.
• Content delivery and download security.
• Google Play distribution and Android platform services.
• Your selected device text-to-speech engine.

If advertising, analytics or another data-collecting SDK is added to a future version, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration must be updated before that version is published.

6. Retention and deletion

Caller profiles, schedules, settings and imported or downloaded media remain on your device until you delete them in the App, clear the App’s data or uninstall the App. Some Android backup systems may retain app data according to your device and Google account backup settings.

Standard hosting and security logs associated with optional content delivery may be retained for a limited operational period determined by our hosting provider and then deleted or aggregated.

Because the App does not require an account, there is normally no server-side user account to delete.

7. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information to us may contact us using the details below.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the App’s design, including Android app-private or app-specific storage and limited permission requests. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Your privacy choices

• Choose only the media you want the App to access.
• Delete individual caller profiles, schedules and downloaded assets inside the App.
• Disable notification or alarm access in Android settings.
• Clear the App’s data or uninstall it to remove locally stored App content.
• Contact us with a privacy question or request relating to information controlled by us.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when features, permissions, service providers or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated inside the App where appropriate.
